Ok so im not going to deny it i hacked ONCE to try to get at another hacker but stupid little old me forgot that "hey once they get that guy your gone too" and i got a GUID ban. I swear to god on my soul and unborn children and their unborn children that was the ONLY time i hacked. Now your server seems to have that option enabled to auto kick anyone with a previous GUID ban. Most likely there is no way around this since it's a set option but wondering if there is any way around it? Even if i was a hacker Perma Banning me on the spot would fix the problem, and why would i post in a forum to hack for 5mins and get banned again? I wouldn't be asking for this to be done if i had the intention to Hack.

Make it easier on yourself at least. On a server running pb press and hold shift and then press ~ and then type /pb_plist scroll down and get your guid.
