Would it be possible to change the current way obs works/add a toggle (stay as obs until you die) to the old way (take turns to be obs one round)?

I ask because the current system as following problems:

1. It discourages newbies because good obs can stay as obs for uptil 15 rounds if the obscurity players are careful .

2. Those that load the map first seem to get first shot as obs and if its high-skilled obs they can remain as obs for lots of rounds meaning others don't get a shot to be obs.

3. The new system just isn't as fun as the old one. The old system was more balanced and fair for everyone involved with everyone having plenty of time as obs & marine.

It's made that way so there's incentive to survive and not rush as obs... I had intended to have it as a dvar in the config, but obviously I forgot to do so. When I get a chance (hopefully next update) it will be a setting that you can change in the config.
