A Admin and a Player Menu will be a nice idea for the Mod! This is the list of commands, the commands that are lame or not cool for the Mod, dont set them:
Player Menu:
Fog 65/80
Add-on: Flashlight ON/OFF
Third person ON/OFF
Laser ON/OFF (dont set it if it let the marines spot a obscurity easliy
Admin Menu:
Change map (with a list of default maps)
Next map
Flashlight feature ON/OFF
Night/Day
Kill a player / Kill all

I like the Admin list. But the player one i think is a bit lame. There are reasons lasers aren't given to anyone, they are chosen as a perk and there is nightvision that has been basically remade for the day/night cycles so we don't need flashlights.
Also to add to the Admin list
Kick player
Ban player (server or PB ban not melon)
Display "Top 3" Teamkillers

Sure, nice idea. For the laser i dont mean the Alarm lasers, i mean the mounted laser on the gun ;)

Player Menu:
There is no fog
There are no flashlights, and not an option with the dynamic lighting capabilities of the engine
As if third person, that's a cheat (seeing behind you) and KILLS realism
The lasers are a client-only effect so other people can't see YOUR laser, if they could i'd add it in but NO
Admin Menu:
/rcon map (mapname)
/rcon map_rotate, really isn't difficult
Still no flashlights
Night/day moves at a certain speed... you can give it a kick in the pants with obs_dntimescale
Wow, abuse much

A melon ban is a magnificent idea Falcar & Snake made for a mod ban.
If you're on the ban list, you can't play obscurity on any server and your body, upon spawn, turns to a pile of watermelons.

It's on by default.. current list contains about 10 hackers and somewhere around 30 morons :)
